So tonight for tea, I made this incredibly easy slow cooker beef & Guinness stew! Amazing flavours in this…and unlit comforting and rich, but not too rich :) This isn’t a very thick stew, so best served in a bowl with some bread and butter on the side :) We had sourdough bread, but I think it would have been lovely with soda bread too.
These ingredients will fill a 3.5 litre slow cooker and will give you enough for 5-6 modest bowls of stew…or 4-5 generous bowls :)
